Face masks that cover your nose and mouth are mandatory inside our stores per the Region of Durham.
Please don't shoot the messenger. We don't make the rules but need to follow them, lest we get fined. This is for everyone's safety, so we kindly ask for your compliance. Any customers not wearing masks will be refused entry to the store, unless they meet the mandate outlined by the Region of Durham for exemptions. If visiting our Pickering or Port Perry stores, please wait to be screened by a staff member. We have hand sanitizer at the ready and you must wear a mask properly. Please follow social distancing practices of staying 6 feet away form staff and other customers. If you're sick, don't visit the store - you can order online and we'll ship to you.

We're doing our best to look after all our customers. The warm weather has lot of people thinking "bikes", which is really awesome! We love it!
This means our phones are ringing off the hook, customers are lining up at the doors and the computers are dinging. We hear you. We read you. Please give us a chance to respond. And please use ONE method of contacting us, as we have multiple team members answering customers. If you've called, don't also email or PM us.
Please note that our online inventory isn't in real-time. If there's something on the site that you just have to have, please call the store to make sure it's still available.

Unfortunately, due to the huge amount of orders from bike shops all over Canada, our warehouses can't keep up to demand. All orders for product from the warehouse will take a couple of weeks. We wish we could promise our standard delivery, but this it out of our hands.
