Atomic Mover Lite does what all good touring gear should do: save energy. 3* high-grade aluminum makes it lightweight and stiff for easy, efficient movement. It has a new Power Strap Lite that helps you transfer more power into the snow on the flat or when you’re climbing, and the EVA foam grip is soft and comfortable. Every little helps when the going gets tough!

Poles Size Chart
Ski poles should be chosen to match one’s height (A). A simple formula for this is A x 0.85 (for Classic), A x 0.9 (for Skating).
Another way to determine the appropriate nordic-skiing pole length is a practical test. For Classic the poles should reach up to the shoulder. For Skating up to the chin or nose.
The below table shows length orientation values. When in doubt, choose the longer pole length, as the pole shaft can be shortened easily.

Select the Right Nordic Pole
Atomic offers different poles for all skill levels. A rule of thumb for the ideal length is: the pole should reach up to your armpit for classic skiing, and up to your chin for skating.
