This is how we roll. The large ball is the standard ball that ships with every Original Skill Board. It's specially reinforced to help it withstand the weight of the board and rider. It measures about 9 inches (23 cm) in diameter. The pressure in the ball determines how difficult the ride is. Please see our Getting Started video for more information. If you're buying a ball without a board, then you will probably also need a pump. The large ball is rated for 300 lbs (136 kg) The Medium ball is the standard ball that ships with every Skill Board Mini. It's specially reinforced to help it withstand the weight of the board and rider. It measures about 8.25 inches (21 cm) in diameter. The pressure in the ball determines how difficult the ride is. Please see our Getting Started video for more information. If you're buying a ball without a board, then you will probably also need a pump. The medium ball is rated for 300 lbs (136 kg) The small ball is a great tool for beginners or kids who are just starting out with The Skill Board. The smaller size makes it easier to ride for smaller users and the distance to the ground is shorter, so it's easier to step off when you lose your center. It's specially reinforced to help it withstand the weight of the board and rider. It measures about 7.5 inches (19 cm) in diameter. The pressure in the ball determines how difficult the ride is. Please see our Getting Started video for more information. Our recommended pressure is between 2-5 PSI. Going higher than 5 PSI may cause the internal reinforcement to fail. If you're buying a ball, then you will probably also need a pump. The small ball is rated for 300 lbs (136 kg)

Tear it up without tearing up your floor! These rubber pieces help keep The Skill Board from sliding when you put the edge down on hard surfaces like hardwood floors or tiles. They are a good idea if you don't have much carpet at home. Each rubber grip can either go on the corner of a Skill Board (as shown in the picture) or can cover one narrow end of the board. One set includes two pieces. For maximum coverage, you will need three sets. To cover each end and the centers of the front and back, you'll need two sets.

This hand-y pump has a low-pressure gauge for accurately inflating and deflating your ball and wobble cushion to change the difficulty of your session. Note: Occasionally during shipping, the needle on the gauge moves due to pressure changes. If this happens, please follow the instructions in this video.

Do you want to get comfortable with the Skill Board before you try riding the ball? The cylinder is a good exercise for isolating one axis of motion. Once you master the cylinder, you're ready to take it to the next level by riding on the ball. Bonus: you can keep the cylinder around to use as a foam roller! This product ships in a second box to help reduce shipping costs for you. Because of this, it may arrive separately from your board. Please check your information on the tracking page for the status of both packages.

If you want to get comfortable with The Skill Board before you try riding on the ball or if you just want to take it easy, try the wobble cushion. Great for kids and users who would like an easier starting point. Using the wobble cushion is a great starting point for isolating the 360° range of motion on a single non-rolling point. (Unlike the ball which has that same 360° range on a rolling point.) Once you get comfortable with it you can take it to the next level by riding the ball. This wobble cushion can be inflated and deflated to reach desired difficulty. Please note that the working PSI of the cushion is below the range displayed on the pump gauge. You'll need to inflate the cushion by feel to avoid over-inflation.
